Katia’s natural curiosity and compassion for the human condition led her to a career in market research.  She received a Master’s of Science in Market Research in 2009, and currently is a senior research manager at EssilorLuxottica where she spearheads projects that aim to understand consumer behavior and motivation. She is also actively involved in the Essilor Vision Foundation, helping make a difference in kids’ lives by giving the gift of clear sight to low-income children and families who cannot afford eyeglasses. As a first generation immigrant, Katia understands the challenges many of the Bright Future's clients face and is excited to be a part of helping them succeed.
